Cancellation by the Traveler

If you need to cancel your tour, refunds will be processed as follows:
1. 30 days or more before departure → Refund of 100%, minus actual expenses incurred by the company (if any).
2. 15 – 29 days before departure → Refund of 50%, minus actual expenses incurred by the company (if any).
3. Less than 15 days before departure (0–14 days) → Unfortunately, no refund can be provided.

Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

If a tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a 100% refund, minus any actual expenses already paid on your behalf.

We always strive to be as flexible as possible, but last-minute cancellations can result in significant costs that we must cover.
